Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 200g regular yogurt
- 5g MSG
- 3g black pepper
- 2.5g sugar
- 120g flour
- 8g salt
- 1.5g pepper
- 2g garlic powder
- 2g smoked paprika powder
- 1g chilli powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into desired pieces.
- Mix yogurt, MSG, black pepper, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1-12 hours.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chilli powder in a separate bowl.
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat in the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
