Ingredients
Base
- 15 ladyfinger biscuits
- 1 cup of filter coffee
Cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 60g sugar
- 250g mascarpone cheese
Finish
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew a cup of filter coffee and let to cool down (or get 1 from cafe nearby).
- Whip 3 egg yolks with sugar in a bowl.
- Add the mascarpone and whip to make a soft cream.
- Get a suitable baking dish and spread a bit of the cream on the bottom.
- Pour the coffee into deep plate to make it easier to dip ladyfingers in coffee.
- 1 by 1 dip ladyfingers in the coffee for no more than 1 second, you dont want the ladyfingers to become too soggy.
- After you place first row of ladyfingers in the baking dish, put half of the cream on top of ladyfingers and spread it evenly.
- Again, dip ladyfingers in the coffee and create the second row from the biscuits.
- Put the rest of the cream on top and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle cocoa on top of the tiramisu.
- Let rest for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
